The Target T8-2 Zone commercial induction wok range cooker offers a powerful energy efficient alternative to traditional commercial gas burner wok ranges. With features such as on-demand water and automatic pan detection, the T8-2 Zone ensures minimum waste for maximum profit. Providing 2 wok induction hob zones and a single circular induction hob zone perfect for heating stockpots.
